This afternoon, as I was perusing this month’s issue of TexasMonthly, I ran across these words that stuck in my gut: We believe nothing is impossible. There is no “what if” that cannot become “what is.” ~ Rice University
One of my dear college friends attended Rice in Houston; plus, she was on the same fine arts team that was selected to spend a summer in Austrailia. So, naturally, whenever I see anything about the Rice Univ. Owls, something about it usually gets my attention! 🙂
Go with me here…. check-out the next line in this article: It just takes radical thinking and a community of brilliant dreamers and passionate doers to lead the way.
So how about you? What does it take for you, persoanlly, to step out of the box and become passionate about something?
Before the wreck (June, 2002), I was pretty passionate about music. But, since the wreck and learning to live again, I’m passioante about life. Living with TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) sheds whole, new light on getting up, making it through a day, and going to sleep each night.
Small things make a HUGE difference! That’s why my motto for living is: Make A Difference NOW!
What about you? How do you wanna make a difference? What’s your passion?
I cheer you on…make the “what if” in your heart a “what is” in life!
Col. 4:5 (Amplified Bible) — 5Behave yourselves wisely [living prudently and with discretion] in your relations with those of the outside world (the non-Christians), making the very most of the time and seizing (buying up) the opportunity.
