Here’s a way God helps me get in the right place so He can Make A Difference Now! through me:
Don’t act like a horse, get in the wagon.
Just as a horse leads a wagon, so the Lord Jesus wants to lead us. And (see, I knew you were reading my mind!) as a wagon follows the horse that’s pulling it, so the Lord Jesus wants us to follow Him.
My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me (Jn 10:27; NIV).
