A lot of the time, what most people would call little or small seems HUGE to me! Take a ride on my “brain-wave” with me…
Since my brain began to wake up from my coma after the wreck in 2002, I’ve noticed more and more how small things can really effect people, and even situations, in a (positive) BIG way!
For example (here’s a balance/equilibrium problem I have)…..the other day as I was stepping down from a walkway onto a parking lot, I started losing my balance. A friend beside me, automatically grabbed the back of my right arm as I was “teetering” over to the left. VOILA, no falling for the Foster Chic that day! 🙂
There you have it … “little” things really DO matter! In that instance, my friend’s small token of kindness made sure I didn’t “weeble n’ wabble” and fall to the pavement. …an opportunity, I must say, that was not overlooked (and much appreciated by me)!
15Look carefully then how you walk! Live purposefully and worthily and accurately, not as the unwise and witless, but as wise (sensible, intelligent people), 16Making the very most of the time [buying up each opportunity], because the days are evil. (Ephesians 5: 15, 16 Amplified Bible)
